Following the Government’s recent announcement on Monday 4th January 2021 of a new national lockdown, we want to advise our customers that Link ICT Services will remain open for business. We will be working to support customers remotely wherever possible, unless we are informed otherwise, or circumstances change.
We realise that now, more than ever, IT support is essential to ensuring that your organisation is able to function during the current pandemic. Link ICT have continued to adapt and refine our online support strategy to ensure all our customers receive our usual high levels of support. Support queries can be raised using our online helpdesk, or by telephoning the office on 01332 343194.
In line with Government guidance our office based team are working from home wherever possible, but still remain available as per usual to offer support and guidance to our customers. Our telephone lines continue to be monitored and answered as normal thanks to our cloud based 3CX phone system which enables our staff to login and answer calls wherever they are based.
We will continue to monitor the current situation and procedures accordingly to ensure they comply with Government guidance.
