In this post we celebrate Martin Lindau’s 20-year work anniversary. Martin began his career at Link ICT in 2004. Since then, Martin has achieved several qualifications, including a BSc in Information and Communication Technologies and has made significant contributions to Link ICT as the Technical Services Manager. Here are some of his key achievements: 

  • Leadership and Team Management: Martin has been instrumental in managing the daily operations of the technical team. His leadership has ensured that the team consistently delivers high-quality IT support and services. 
  • Customer Satisfaction: Martin’s role involves directly supporting numerous satisfied customers. His dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs has been a cornerstone of Link ICT’s reputation for excellent service. 
  • VOIP Telephone Systems: Martin played a crucial role in transitioning clients to VOIP-based telephone systems. His expertise helps schools and businesses mprove their communication efficiency and adopt more agile working practices. 
  • Longevity and Commitment: Being part of the Link ICT team since nearly the beginning, Martin’s long-term commitment has been vital in maintaining the company’s stability and growth. He’s been here so long; we’re starting to think he might actually be part of the building’s foundations.
