When a local multi-academy trust (MAT) contacted Link ICT to request emergency IT support over the summer, we were certain that we would be able to help. Due to staff changes, the MAT needed a trusted IT support company to provide interim IT support in place of its internal team from the end of the summer until the new school year.

If an onsite visit was needed, once the work was approved by the MAT central team, our technician agreed the most convenient time to visit the location. This approach ensured all IT issues requiring a site visit could be fixed swiftly and efficiently.
