Caring Hands are a well-established company providing domiciliary care to clients in Ashby de la Zouch, Burton upon Trent, Tamworth, Lichfield, Coalville, Leicestershire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire.  Link ICT have supported Caring Hands across their two sites for over 6 years.

Caring Hands benefit from both our on-site and remote support, to ensure that they have the support they need, whenever and wherever it is needed.

A significant benefit of using Link ICT for their support is that Caring hands benefit from an experienced Network Manager maintaining their server, ensuring that all essential updates are applied in a timely manner, providing maximum system security.  Regular backups are completed, allowing for timely data recovery should they ever experience a loss of data.

Our on-site support visits mean that our Network Manager has developed a strong, trusting relationship with the Caring Hands team.  Staff feel confident in reporting IT issues and requesting support and training.  Our Network Manager has become part of the Caring Hands team and shares a strategic vision, allowing him to offer IT advice that meets both the organsiations current and future needs. Caring Hands also choose Link ICT to procure their IT hardware, safe in the knowledge they we will procure the best specification within budget to suit their needs.

Most recently, Caring Hands have appointed Link ICT to provide their phone system, telecoms and connectivity.  The new system will increase their connection speeds and enable staff to work quicker and more efficiently, whilst offering a saving on their current costs. Thanks to the upgraded phone system Caring Hands will be able to take an increased numbers of simultaneous calls, as well as access detailed call reporting data.  As staff work across multiple locations, they will benefit from being be able to automatically divert calls to wherever they are working, including to their mobile phone.
